Aafreen Khan

Graduated with a degree in Psychology and English Literature from St. Xavier’s Autonomous College, Mumbai, I have a keen interest in abnormal psychology and dealing with mental illnesses like depression and anxiety.  I have worked as a  client counselor in the past for an educational firm. Currently, I work as social media, public relations and community manager at Kapiva (disruptive healthcare startup focused on bringing selectively sourced natural products to Indian consumers.)
A voracious reader, I thrive well in an environment that offers a scope to learn and grow. I believe that the key to success for any form of therapy stands on two strong pillars: empathy and active listening.
